Kundalini is a complex and highly misunderstood topic. Kundalini is
a Sanskrit word meaning a dormant energy that we have in our
system. Kunda meaning a pit, pot, or container – something that
contains something – and Lini which means to be dormant, sleeping
or silent. This session explores the power of Kundalini in more
detail, with Dhyanse explaining the complexities of the topic in an
easy to understand manner.
This session centres around the cleansing of this energy system,
which is based on the philosophy of the chakras. At the start of
the meditation practice Dhyanse explains the seven chakras in
detail, providing an interesting explanation of each chakra or
energy centre. This is to prepare the meditator for the session
ahead, where Dhyanse guides you through a step-by-step process of
bringing awareness to each of the chakras.
