In this podcast, we use the technique of Gibberish to completely empty our mind. This then allows us to go deeper into our meditation practice as we have a clean slate, a silent mind.


There is a saying that the mind is a madhouse, and that we’re trapped in it. Meditation is a way to come out of the madhouse that we call the mind.


There are many different meditation techniques, and some can be more radical than others. What we are discussing in today’s meditation is one of the more radical ones. It was first introduced by Osho. It’s called Gibberish.


So what is Gibberish? We let ourselves go completely, we let our expressions out through the mouth, through sounds, in a language that does not exist.


Very rarely do we let ourselves let our mind completely go, as we worry what others will think. When you let it all out, what is left is silence, awareness and a sense of lightness, because the entire burden that you’ve been carrying in your mind is now out.


By letting our minds out like this, it allows us to reach an even higher degree of silence - an empty mind - in our meditation.
