Don't use spirituality as an excuse for doing nothing in life. Go do something! In that doing, remain an observer. Without that doing, you will miss that chance to be an observer.

Meditation Technique: WHILE SITTING OR LYING DOWN, IMAGINE ONE's BODY AS BEING SUPPORTLESS. IN MOMENTS WHEN MIND BECOMES EMPTY AND SUPPORTLESS, ONE IS LIBERATED FROM MENTAL DISPOSITIONS.
