In this podcast, we explore the question “Who am I” by looking at separating the illusion from the truth and finding out who we really are.

As a meditator, I’ve realised that you can get carried away with the illusion or the truth. I’ve realised that both have to be lived at the same time. Sometimes we are unconscious, sometimes we are conscious.


But what is the starting point to live both the illusion and the truth? It is to witness them and step back, to understand and observe both of them playing and having a balance in your life, and just being a witness.


For today’s meditation, the starting point of that witnessing is with oneself. It is the question “Who am I?” We’re not concerned with the world around us, just with ourselves - asking “who am I”. For those on a journey of self-discovery, this session will have significant meaning.


There are five layers of our being. In today’s session, we’re going to go into these five layers and peel back each layer, in reaching from the illusion to the truth of who we are.
