Guided Meditation & Spirituality I Dhyanse

Jun 27, 2020

Across wisdom traditions, teaching is to focus on the process and not on the outcome.

Be it a journey, training or life. If you constantly wait for the end result, you will miss the process and the mind will always remain in the misery of waiting, hoping, hankering throughout the journey.

So for today's sutra, Atisha says: ABANDON ALL HOPE FOR FRUITION.

Not that there will be fruits. Whatever the end result is, it will be. You remain unconcerned about it and focus on the journey, the process. Enjoy every bit of it. It is only possible to do so when you are aware and your inner space is silent.
