Guided Meditation & Spirituality I Dhyanse

Dec 9, 2018

In this podcast, we will return to the breath and use the concepts of Satyam, Shivam and Sundaram to reach silence and stillness.

When you’re silent, and you’re aware, meditation happens on it’s own.

Satyam, Shivam and Sundaram are three beautiful Sanskrit words that will form the basis of this full guided meditation.

- Satyam - in Sanskrit means the truth.

- Shivam, in Sanskrit means the consciousness.

- Sundaram, in Sanskrit means beauty, or aesthetics.

You cannot buy Satyam, Shivam or Sundaram. Without them, life can have all kinds of experiences but they will remain incomplete. The sense of inner peace, bliss, meaning, completion and centeredness, will not be there.

You can also use them as a benchmark as to whether you are travelling on the right track with your meditation. Bring yourself back and ask yourself are you growing in the truth, are you growing in your consciousness, and are you growing in the aesthetics of your life.

Today’s session is dedicated to these three aspects of a meditator’s consciousness, and we meditate upon these three aspects. We try to integrate this into our breath by doing a type of breath meditation.

I’ll guide you through this meditation step-by-step.

I hope you enjoy this type of breath meditation!
