Guided Meditation & Spirituality I Dhyanse

Jul 13, 2019

In the futile pursuit of pleasure, happiness, and meaning, humans have forgotten about something much more valuable, that they already have within themselves.

Bliss!

You don't believe me, I know. It's hard to even conceive of the idea of Bliss. It may sound so unreal to you because most likely you have even forgotten the taste of it, let alone the ways to access it.

Good news is that it is always present within, you just need to know how to access it.

A meditator on his inner journey inevitably stumbles upon the inner source of bliss and quickly learns to tap into it whenever they want.

In this meditation session that was given on 4th March 2019, the eve of ‘Mahashivaratri’, I talk about how to access bliss by deep-diving into the following:

Significance of Mahashivaratri:

‘Soma’ - The nectar of bliss
Impact of the moon on human consciousness
Meditators way of accessing bliss

For those who wish to move beyond verbal explanations and get into the experience, do try out the meditation steps below. They are evergreen and work almost like a miracle.

1. Preparing with ‘Kumbhaka Pranayama’
2. Activating ‘Soma’ center
3. Directing the flow of nectar
4. Feeling the peace in the heart region
5. Return

Session Format: 20 min Talk, 30 min Guided Meditation
