There are 5 types of energy flow that govern our body, mind and everything else.
1. Prana: Flow resonating the flow of universe
2. Apana: Flowing downwards into the earth
3. Samana: Maintaining balance between prana and apana
4. Udana: Flowing upwards towards the sky
5. Vyana: Flowing throught the body holding the rest 4 together.
