A tranquil mind is a blue sky, without any clouds. Those who have tasted it along with me in the daily meditations know that there is no better way to experience life than with a silent mind. In order to achieve that, Patanjali gives 2 pointers in this session:
1. Develop right attitudes: Friendliness towards happy people, compassions towards miserable, joy towards virtuous, and indifference towards the evil.
2. Practice breathe retention techniques.
